1984 No. 253 PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

After regulation 171 of the Public Service Regulations the following
regulation is inserted: Office that is a public office

"171A. The office of member of the Joint Coal Board constituted in pursuance
of an arrangement under sub-section 5 (1) of the Coal Industry Act 1946 is
prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (c) of the definition of 'public
office' in sub-section 87 (1) of the Act.".
