1987 No. 90 PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 10

Conditions and procedures on transfer or promotion

10. Regulation 174 of the Public Service Regulations is amended:

   (a)  by omitting "107 to 109B (inclusive), 109CA to 110 (inclusive) and
        112" and substituting "106, 107 and 109 to 115H (inclusive)";

   (b)  by adding at the end of paragraph (a) "and";

   (c)  by omitting from the end of paragraph (b) "and"; and

   (d)  by omitting paragraph (c).
