1987 No. 90 PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. Regulation 3 of the Public Service Regulations is amended by adding at the
end the following subregulations:

"(2) Subject to subregulation (3), an office shall be deemed, for the purposes
of these Regulations, to be located at the place or places where the duties of
that office are ordinarily performed.

"(3) Where the duties of an office are ordinarily performed in more than one
State, Territory or other place, those duties shall be deemed to be performed
in the State, Territory or other place in which is located the base of
operations for performance of those duties.".
