3.1 Paragraph 165 (a): Add at the end "or".

3.2 Subparagraphs 165 (c) (i), (ii) and (iii): Add at the end of each
subparagraph "or".

3.3 Paragraph 165 (c): Add at the end:

"(vi) the program known as Jobstart; or

   (vii) the program known as the Australian Public Service National Training
        Wage Program; or

   (viii) the program known as the Disability Employment Enhancement Scheme;
        or".

3.4 Paragraph 165 (d): Omit "122 (a), (b) or (c)", substitute "122 (a) or
(b)".
