1995 No. 243 PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4

4.1 If, before the commencement of these Regulations, a Secretary has given a
direction to which regulation 116B of the Public Service Regulations applies,
then, despite regulations 2 and 3, paragraph 116B (2) (a) and subparagraph
116D (1) (h) (ii) of those Regulations (as that paragraph and subparagraph
were in force immediately before the commencement of these Regulations)
continue to apply in relation to that direction.
