1980 No. 118 QUARANTINE (PLANTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENTS) - REG 1
Penalty for breach of Regulations
1. Regulation 35 of the Quarantine (Plants) Regulations is amended-
(a) by omitting "Penalty for Breach of Regulations.-";
(b) by inserting "of" after "of any"; and
(c) by omitting "One hundred dollars" and substituting "$2,000".
