- (1)
- For subsection 27B (2) of the Act, the information:
- (a)
- must be
given:
- (i)
- after take-off and at least 30 minutes before the aircraft starts its
descent to arrive at a place in Australia or the Cocos Islands; or
- (ii)
- if a quarantine officer has notified the commander of the aircraft that
the information is to be given at a different time, at that time; and
- (b)
- must be given to a quarantine officer:
- (i)
- for an aircraft referred to in paragraph 27B (1) (a) of the
Act at the place or, if there is no quarantine officer at the
place, at a landing place; and
- (ii)
- for an aircraft referred to in paragraph 27B (1) (b) of the
Act at the place or, if there is no quarantine officer at the
place, at a landing place or a first port of entry for vessels other than
aircraft.

- However, if the information
changes after it is given, it must be given again as soon as possible.

- For subsection 27B (2) of the Act, the information may be given by
radiocommunication or telecommunication.
