QUARANTINE REGULATIONS 2000 2000 NO. 129 - REG 47
Failure to comply with Act and Regulations
A quarantine officer may order a person into quarantine if:
- (a)
- the person
is released under quarantine surveillance; and
- (b)
- the person fails to comply with the requirements of the Act, or these
Regulations, in relation to quarantine surveillance; and
- (c)
- the officer is satisfied that if the person were not ordered into
quarantine there would be a danger to public health.
