QUARANTINE REGULATIONS 2000 2000 NO. 129 - REG 73
Who may sign compliance agreements
A compliance agreement may be signed for a body corporate by a director,
manager or senior executive of the body corporate who:
- (a)
- has
responsibility for the business operations of the body corporate; and
- (b)
- is authorised to enter into contracts for the body corporate.
