Radiocommunications Act 1983
SEARCH WARRANT UNDER REGON 70 TO: (full name) , an inspector within the
meaning of section 70 of the Radiocommunications Act 1983. WHEREAS I, (full
name) , a Magistrate within the meaning of section 70 of that Act, relying on
an information on oath that has, in accordance with sub-section (1) of that
section, been laid before me in support of the issue of a search warrant in
respect of (insert description of the land, premises, vessel, aircraft or
vehicle, as the case may be, to which the information relates) + (and on
further information concerning the grounds on which the issue of the warrant
is being sought that was given to me (state whether given orally or by
affidavit) in accordance with paragraph 70 (2) (a) of that Act,) am satisfied
that there are reasonable grounds for issuing this warrant for the purpose of
(here state the purpose for which the warrant is issued including the nature
of the offence, for example, preventing the concealment, loss or destruction
of ++ connected with an offence against that Act, namely (nature of offence)):
NOW THEREFORE I, pursuant to sub-section 70 (1) of the Radiocommunications
Act 1983 , hereby authorise you, with such assistance as you think necessary
and if necessary by force -
