6. The Principal Regulations are amended by inserting after Schedule 2 the
following Schedule:

500 MHz or 500 to 520 MHz bands, other than a device
         specified in item 2,3,4,5,6,8,9 or 10                       840

 2       Single side band radiotelephony device that operates in the

         medium or high frequency bands in a land mobile service     2940

 3       Single side band radiotelephony device that operates in the

medium or high frequency bands and is used for communication
between ships or between a ship and the shore, other than a
         device specified in item 7                                  3500

 4       Radiotelephone alarm signal generating device that is used

in a maritime mobile service and is capable of generating an
alarm signal consisting of 2 sinusoidal audio frequency
         tones transmitted alternately                               350

 5       Device that is an emergency call encoder for use in an

outpost service and is capable of generating an emergency
call consisting of 2 sinusoidal audio frequency tones
         transmitted simultaneously                                  350

 6       Personal safety or security radio alarm device that operates

in the 304 MHz band and is used for receiving or
transmitting medical or security alarms or monitoring the
         security of premises                                        420

 7       Device that is a receiver or transmitter and operates in the

         27 MHz band in an inshore boating service                   700

 8       Angle modulated device that operates in the very high

frequency bands and is used for communication between ships
         or between a ship and the shore                             1400

 9       Device that is a paging receiver and operates in the high

frequency, very high frequency or ultra high frequency bands
