RENEWABLE ENERGY (ELECTRICITY) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2011 (NO. 3) (SLI NO 116 OF 2011)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Regulations 2001 to preserve, under particular contractual and evidentiary circumstances, a certificate multiplier of 4 in determining the number of certificates able to be created for eligible small generation units installed between 1 July 2011 and 30 June 2012.
