RENEWABLE ENERGY (ELECTRICITY) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2011 (NO. 4) (SLI NO 177 OF 2011)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Regulations 2001 to increase the fee from $0.08 to $0.47 for the registration of small scale technology certificates created from small scale generation units under the Small Scale Renewable Energy Scheme component of the Renewable Energy Target scheme.
