- Description:This regulation amends the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Regulations 2001 to support the provisions of the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Act 2000 that deal with the circumstances under which electricity generation by existing power stations using waste coal mine gas are eligible for Large-scale Generation Certificates under the RET scheme.
