1982 No. 298 Repatriation (Far East Strategic Reserve) Regulations (Amendment) - REG 3

3. Regulation 50 of the Repatriation (Far East Strategic Reserve) Regulations
is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (e) "and"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end thereof the following word and paragraph:

"; and (g) a child to whom a pension is payable under sub-section 46A (1) of
the Repatriation Act as applied by the Act.".
