RURAL INDUSTRIES RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 105 - REG 3

3.1 Paragraph 9J (2) (a):
Omit "section 5 of the Live-stock Slaughter Levy Act 1964;", substitute "
section 4 of the Buffalo Slaughter Levy Act 1997;".

3.2 Paragraph 9J (2) (b):
Omit " section 5 of the Live-stock Export Charge Act 1977.", substitute "
section 4 of the Buffalo Export Charge Act 1997.".

3.3 Paragraph 9J (3) (a):
Omit "paragraph 6C (a) of the Live-stock Slaughter Levy Act 1964;", substitute
"paragraph 5 (a) of the Buffalo Slaughter Levy  Act 1997 ;".

3.4 Paragraph 9J (3) (b):
Omit "paragraph 10 (a) of the Live-stock Export Charge Act 1977.", substitute
"paragraph 6 (a) of the Buffalo Export Charge Act 1997.".
