2. Regulation 3A of the Radiocommunications Licence Fees Regulations is
amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-regulation (1) "a licence included in the class
        of licences referred to in Item 32 in the Schedule" and substituting
        "a fixed station, Class C, licence";

   (b)  by omitting the table in sub-regulation (3) and substituting the
        following table:
