1980 No. 324 REPATRIATION (SPECIAL OVERSEAS SERVICE) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Treatment for incapacity not due to special service 
1. Regulation 32 of the Repatriation (Special Overseas Service) Regulations is
amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (d) of sub-regulation (1) "or"; and

   (b)  by inserting after paragraph (d) the following paragraph:

"(da) as the result of war service, is suffering from a disability described
in column 1 of Schedule 5 to the Repatriation Act as so applied; or".
