1983 No. 252 REPATRIATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

Funeral benefits-service pensioners 
3. Regulation 179A of the Repatriation Regulations is amended by omitting
sub-regulation (4) and substituting the following sub-regulation:

"(4) In paragraph (3) (b) 'pensioner' includes a person who has been granted a
service pension-

   (a)  under section 85 of the Act as the wife of a member of the Forces; or

   (b)  under section 85AA of the Act.".
