1995 No. 62 RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 15

15. Regulation 37 (Charges relating to the SMA's costs) 
15.1 Add at the end:

"; (k) giving advice about resolving interference to a radiocommunications
system;

   (l)  testing a device before an application for the issue, renewal or
        variation of a licence, permit, certificate or permission under the
        Act.".
