RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNTS AND RELATED LEGISLATION AMENDMENT REGULATION 2013 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 61 OF 2013) - REG 3

                   This regulation is made under:

                     (a)  the Retirement Savings Accounts Act 1997 ; and

                     (b)  the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 ; and

                     (c)  the Superannuation Legislation Amendment (Stronger Super) Act 2012 .
