1997 No. 116 RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNTS REGULATIONS - REG 2.14

Information to be given in all cases
2.14. An RSA provider must give to an RSA holder all of the following items of
information:

   (a)  the contact details of the RSA provider;

   (b)  a statement:

        (i)    that outlines the effect of the lower-risk/ lower-return nature
               of the product on possible benefits in the long term; and

        (ii)   that there are other superannuation arrangements that may
               provide a greater return over the long term; and

        (iii)  that the RSA holder may wish to seek information about the
               rates of return of those superannuation arrangements;

   (c)  the amount of the withdrawal benefit at the start of the
        reporting period;

   (d)  the amount of the withdrawal benefit at the end of the reporting 
        period;

   (e)  the amount (if any) of the withdrawal benefit at the end of the
        reporting period that consists of preserved benefits within the
        meaning of Subdivision 4.1.2;

   (f)  the amount (if any) of the withdrawal benefit at the end of the
        reporting period that consists of restricted non-preserved benefits
        within the meaning of Subdivision 4.1.3;

   (g)  the amount (if any) of the withdrawal benefit at the end of the
        reporting period that consists of unrestricted non-preserved benefits
        within the meaning of Subdivision 4.1.4;

   (h)  details (in summary form) of arrangements that the RSA provider has to
        deal with inquiries or complaints;

   (i)  a statement that other information is available on request.
