1997 No. 116 RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNTS REGULATIONS - REG 2.25

2.25. Information under this Division concerning an event or decision is
information that the RSA provider reasonably believes an RSA holder would
reasonably need:

   (a)  if there is a nature or purpose to the event or decision - to
        understand the nature or purpose; and

   (b)  to make an informed judgment about the effect (generally and in
        respect of the RSA holder's current and future benefit entitlements)
        of the event or decision.
