1997 No. 116 RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNTS REGULATIONS - REG 6.14
Orders etc of the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal to be complied with
6.14. For the purposes of subsection 38 (1) of the Act, it is a standard
applicable to the operation of RSAs that an RSA provider must not fail,
without lawful excuse, to comply with an order, direction or determination of
the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal.
