                (j)    the appointment, under the Quarantine Act 1908 , of a person:

                          (i)    to conduct a Commission of inquiry into matters relating to all or any of the following:

                                   (A)     the outbreak of equine influenza in Australia in 2007;

                                   (B)     quarantine requirements and practices relating to such an outbreak;

                                   (C)     any matters incidental to the matters referred to in sub‑subparagraphs (A) and (B); and

                         (ii)    to report to the Minister on the matters (including any recommendations relating to the matters).
