1995 No. 56 ROAD TRANSPORT REFORM (MASS AND LOADING) REGULATIONS - REG 11

11 (1) A person who is convicted of an offence in relation to a vehicle or a
combination that fails to comply with a requirement in the Schedule may be
convicted of another offence if different parts of the vehicle or combination
simultaneously fail to comply with the same requirement in the Schedule.
