1995 No. 56 ROAD TRANSPORT REFORM (MASS AND LOADING) REGULATIONS - REG 4

4 (1) In these Regulations:

"Commonwealth Minister" means the Minister of the Commonwealth administering
the Act;

"the Act" means the Road Transport Reform (Vehicles and Traffic) Act 1993.

4 (2) Words and phrases defined in the Schedule have the same meanings in the
regulations appearing before the Schedule.

4 (3) A note does not form part of these Regulations.

4 (4) A diagram appearing in these Regulations is illustrative only.
