ROAD TRANSPORT REFORM (DANGEROUS GOODS) REGULATIONS 1997 No. 241 - REG 11.1

11.1 A person must not include information in shipping documentation for the
transport of dangerous goods by road that the person knows is false or
misleading in a material particular. Penalty: $3,000
Example of false information in shipping documentation:
A person named as consignor of the dangerous goods if the person is not the
consignor of the goods.
