ROAD TRANSPORT REFORM (DANGEROUS GOODS) REGULATIONS 1997 No. 241 - REG 18.37

18.37 The record of a licence in the register must include the following
information:

   (a)  the name of the licensee;

   (b)  the date when the licence was granted or renewed;

   (c)  the period for which the licence was granted or renewed;

   (d)  for a bulk driver licence - the licensee's date of birth;

   (e)  for a bulk vehicle licence - the registration number, make and type of
        each vehicle to which the licence relates;

   (f)  any condition to which the licence is subject.
