ROAD TRANSPORT REFORM (DANGEROUS GOODS) REGULATIONS 1997 No. 241 - REG 18.8

18.8 (1) A document mentioned in subregulation (2) is required as competency
evidence for an application for grant or renewal of a licence.

(2) The document must be either:

   (a)  a test or training certificate issued to the applicant; or

   (b)  other written evidence that the applicant passed an approved test or
        completed an approved training course;
not more than 6 months before the day when the application is made.
