ROAD TRANSPORT REFORM (DANGEROUS GOODS) REGULATIONS 1997 No. 241 - REG 24.1

24.1 A person does not commit an offence against these Regulations if, within
the period of 6 months after the commencement of this regulation, the person
transports dangerous goods by road in accordance with the law about the
transport of dangerous goods by road that was in force in this jurisdiction
immediately before the commencement.
