1992 No. 78 SUPERANNUATION (CSS) APPROVED AUTHORITY DECLARATION No. 8 - REG 3

  3. (1)   The following are declared, under paragraph (a) of the definition

of "approved authority" in subsection 3 (1) of the Superannuation Act 1976, to
be approved authorities for the purposes of that Act:

   (a)  the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commercial Development
        Corporation; and

   (b)  the Grains Research and Development Corporation.

(2) Totalcare Industries Limited is declared, under paragraph (a) of the
definition of "approved authority" in subsection 3 (1) of the Superannuation 
Act 1976 , to be an approved authority for the purposes of that Act.

(3) The Australian Fisheries Management Authority is declared, under
paragraph (a) of the definition of "approved authority" in subsection 3 (1) of
the Superannuation Act 1976, to be an approved authority for the purposes of
that Act.
