1980 No. 343 STUDENT ASSISTANCE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENTS) - REG 3

Living allowance-students deemed to be of independent status 
3. Regulation 41 of the Student Assistance Regulations is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-regulation (3AB) "$9,400" and substituting
        "$10,312";

   (b)  by omitting from sub-regulation (5) "$31.40" and substituting
        "$42.70"; and

   (c)  by omitting from sub-regulation (6) "$7.50" and substituting "$10".
