1982 No. 326 STUDENT ASSISTANCE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. Regulation 5 of the Student Assistance Regulations is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-paragraph (c) (ii) "of State for Labor and
Immigration";
(b) by omitting from sub-paragraph (d) (ii) "of State for Labor and
Immigration"; and

   (c)  by adding at the end thereof the following sub-regulation:

"(2) In this regulation, 'Minister' means the Minister of State for the time
being administering the Migration Act 1958.".
