1984 No. 241 SUPERANNUATION (RETIRING AGE) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Regulation 5 of the Superannuation (Retiring Age) Regulations is amended by
adding at the end of sub-regulation (1) the following paragraph:

"(t) a Secretary within the meaning of the Public Service Act, being a
Secretary to whom Division 8A of Part III of that Act applies and whose
minimum retiring age under that Act is the age of 55 years.".
