1985 No. 344 SUPERANNUATION (RETIRING AGE) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. Regulation 4 of the Superannuation (Retiring Age) Regulations is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (e) "or"; and

   (b)  by inserting after paragraph (1) (f) the following word and paragraph:

"; or (g) an employee within the meaning of the Commonwealth Employees 
(Redeployment and Retirement) Act 1979 and whose maximum retiring age under
that Act is the age of 60 years".
