1986 No. 207 SUPERANNUATION (RETIRING AGE) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Regulation 5 of the Superannuation (Retiring Age) Regulations is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (5) (h) "or"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end of sub-regulation (5) the following word and
        paragraph:

"; or (k) a person who is employed by a prescribed Commonwealth authority
within the meaning of the
Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement)  Act 1979 otherwise than
in a permanent capacity but who is not an employee within the meaning of that
Act.".
