1986 No. 381 STUDENT ASSISTANCE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 34
Interpretation - Part IV
34. Regulation 49 of the Student Assistance Regulations is amended by
inserting in sub-regulation (1) after the definition of "applicant" the
following definition:
"'Australia', when used in a geographical sense, includes an external
Territory;".
