1989 No. 303 SUPERANNUATION (TRANSFER ARRANGEMENTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3. After Regulation 11 of the Principal Regulations the following regulation
is inserted: Application of the Act to Chairperson of the National Board of
Employment, Education and Training

"12. The Act and the provision of the Act specified in Schedule 9 apply
subject to the modification specified in that Schedule to and in relation to
the person who:

   (a)  on 1 February 1989, holds the office of the Chairperson of the
        National Board of Employment, Education and Training and becomes an
        eligible employee by virtue of a direction given by the Commissioner
        under subsection 14 (1) of the Act; and

   (b)  was, before so becoming an eligible employee, a member of the
        Superannuation Scheme for Australian Universities.".
