STUDENT ASSISTANCE REGULATIONS 2021 (F2021L00201) - REG 21

             (1)  The following events are prescribed:

                     (a)  the student ceases to be an Australian citizen;

                     (b)  the student ceases to be recognised as an Indigenous person;

                     (c)  the student ceases employment;

                     (d)  the student is taken into lawful custody.

             (2)  The event of the student dying is prescribed if the ABSTUDY payee is a parent of the student.
