Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered RegulationsIf an authorized member of the Defence Force or a commanding officer causes a person to be given a copy of a charge under subsection 87 (1) or 95 (3) of the Act or to be served with a summons under subsection 87 (3) of the Act, that member or officer must cause the person to be given, before the person appears before a summary authority for a purpose relating to the charge, a copy of each statement in writing obtained by the prosecution from material witnesses to the alleged offence.
