2. Schedule (Modifications of the Act in its application to persons to whom subsection 136 (4) of the Act applies)

2.1 Modifications to section 112 (first modification): Omit the modification,
substitute:

"112 Omit from subsection (6) 'Subject to subsection (7)', substitute 'Subject
to subsections (7), (9A), (9B) and (9C)'".

2.2 Modifications to section 112 (second modification): Renumber the
substituted subsections (10), (10AA), (10AB) and (10AC) as subsections (9A),
(9B), (9C) and (9D) respectively.

2.3 Modifications to section 112 (second modification): Substituted subsection
112 (9B): Omit "subsection (10AB)", substitute "subsection (9C)".

2.4 Modifications to section 112 (second modification): Substituted subsection
112 (9B): Omit "subsection (10AC)", substitute "subsection (9D)".

2.5 Modifications to section 112 (second modification): Substituted subsection
112 (9D): Omit "subsection (10AA)" (twice occurring), substitute "subsection
(9B)".
