3.1 Subitem 2.1 (subparagraph 58A (1) (c) (ii)): Omit "paragraph 57B (d) or
(e)", substitute "paragraph 57B (1) (d) or (e)".

3.2 Subitem 3.1 (subparagraph 58B (1) (c) (iv)): Omit "paragraph 57B (d) or
(e)", substitute "paragraph 57B (1) (d) or (e)".
