1995 No. 97 SUPERANNUATION (CONTINUING CONTRIBUTIONS FOR BENEFITS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3.1 Subregulation 3A (1): Add at the end:

"; (m) a class of persons each of whom:

        (i)    is employed by Australian Information Media Pty Limited (in
               this paragraph called 'AIM'), otherwise than as a casual or
               temporary part-time employee; and

        (ii)   was an eligible employee immediately before last becoming such
               an employee of AIM; and

        (iii)  is not a person to whom Division 2 or 3 of Part IV of the
               Public Service Act applies.".
