1985 No. 283 SEAMEN'S COMPENSATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

Amounts prescribed for the purposes of clause (1)(a)(i) of Schedule 1 to the Act

3. Regulation 119 of the Principal Regulations is amended -

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (a) "$49,990" and substituting "$51,290";
        and

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (b) "$20" and substituting "$20.50".
