SUPREME COURT (CORPORATIONS) RULES 20032003 No. 284- RULE 7.1
Resignation of liquidator (Corporations Act, s 473 (1))
- (1)
- A liquidator appointed by the court who wishes to resign office must file
with the registrar, and give to the commission, a memorandum of resignation.
- (2)
- The resignation takes effect on the filing and giving of the memorandum.
