10. (1) For the purposes of subsection 40 (2) of the Act, paragraph 40 (1) (a)
of the Act shall remain in force until the expiration of the relevant day in
relation to the provisions of the Acts of New South Wales specified in Part I
of Schedule 3.

(2) For the purposes of subsection 40 (2) of the Act, paragraph 40 (1) (b) of
the Act shall remain in force until the expiration of the relevant day in
relation to the provisions of the regulations of New South Wales specified in
Part II of Schedule 3.
