2. Regulation 3 of the Superannuation (Eligible Employees) Regulations is
repealed and the following regulation substituted: Interpretation

"3. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears-
'invalidity pensioner' means a person to whom-

   (a)  an invalidity pension; or

   (b)  a pension of a kind referred to in section 64A or 65 of the superseded
        Act,
is payable or would, but for the pension having been suspended, be payable;
'the Act' means the Superannuation Act 1976.".
