1984 No. 113 SUPERANNUATION (ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3. Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting the
definition of "superannuation scheme" and substituting the following
definition:



" 'superannuation scheme' means a scheme, fund or arrangement, however
established, under which superannuation or retirement benefits are payable,
but does not include the following schemes:

   (a)  the scheme constituted by the provisions of the Act;

   (b)  the Northern Territory Police Supplementary Benefit Scheme, being the
        scheme of that name to which members of the Police Force of the
        Northern Territory are, under the terms and conditions of service
        applicable to them, required to contribute;".
