SYDNEY HARBOUR FEDERATION TRUST REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 296 - REG 29

Identity cards
(1)
The Trust must issue to each ranger and to each warden (except a member of a police force), an identity card.

(2)
The identity card must include:

(a)
a recent photograph of the face of the person to whom it is issued; and

(b)
the person's full name; and

(c)
the year of issue of the card; and

(d)
a statement that the person has been appointed as a ranger or warden for the purposes of these Regulations.

(3)
If a person ceases to be a ranger or warden, the person must, as soon as is practicable, return his or her identity card to the Trust.

(4)
A person commits an offence if the person:

(a)
is required to return his or her identity card under subregulation (3); and

(b)
does not return the identity card.

Penalty:
2 penalty units.

(5)
Strict liability applies to paragraph (4) (a).
