- (1)
- The Trust must issue to each ranger and to each warden (except a member of
a police force), an identity card.
- (2)
- The identity card must include:
- (a)
- a recent photograph of the face of the person to whom it is issued; and
- (b)
- the person's full name; and
- (c)
- the year of issue of the card; and
- (d)
- a statement that the person has been appointed as a ranger or warden for
the purposes of these Regulations.
- (3)
- If a person ceases to be a ranger or warden, the person must, as soon as
is practicable, return his or her identity card to the Trust.
- (4)
- A person commits an offence if the person:
- (a)
- is required to return
his or her identity card under subregulation (3); and
- (b)
- does not return the identity card.
Penalty:
2 penalty units.
